Crown Worldwide Group office interior design at 3 Toh Tuck Link Singapore

Crown Worldwide Group’s new office at 3 Toh Tuck Link was designed around three main ideas: flow, movement and precision. The workplace combines fluid forms with carefully controlled details to create an environment that feels energetic, organised and professional.

I.Dezign developed a connected office where employees can move naturally between individual work, informal discussions, collaborative activities and formal meetings. The design also brings Crown’s identity into the workplace through colours, graphics, materials and architectural features.

The Project Challenge

The main challenge was to create a large workplace that supported different activities without making the space feel disconnected.

Private and general work areas needed clear separation, while shared spaces had to remain open, welcoming and flexible. The design also needed to support focused work, informal meetings and larger company gatherings within one connected office environment.

Another important consideration was incorporating Crown’s brand identity without overwhelming the interior. Brand colours, graphics and visual markers needed to improve navigation while maintaining a clean and balanced workplace.

Our Design Approach

Soft curves, directional lines and layered forms were introduced throughout the office to guide circulation. These features create a sense of movement, while clean detailing and a restrained material palette keep the workplace composed and professional.

The workcafé serves as the first main touchpoint within the office. It acts as a social hub while naturally separating the private and general working areas.

Designed as a flexible space, the workcafé supports focused work, informal discussions and town hall sessions for approximately 50–60 people. Integrated audiovisual technology supports presentations and larger gatherings, while warm timber finishes and biophilic elements create a comfortable setting.

The boardroom follows the same design direction, providing a refined but welcoming environment for meetings and productive conversations. Crown’s brand identity is expressed through wall graphics, glass frosting and screen-fabric colours. These elements also function as subtle wayfinding features and departmental markers.

A custom carpet developed with a local Singapore brand adds a distinctive detail to the workspace. Crown’s signature red highlights key architectural elements, including the staircase and structural pillars, against a clean black-and-white palette.

The Project Outcome

The completed Crown Worldwide Group office combines open work areas, private spaces, collaborative settings and formal meeting facilities within one connected workplace.

The flexible workcafé supports everyday interaction as well as larger town hall sessions, while the boardroom provides a professional setting for focused discussions. Curved forms, warm timber finishes, planting and carefully placed brand elements give the office a clear and consistent identity.

This case study shows how thoughtful office interior design in Singapore can support movement, collaboration, workplace flexibility and brand expression within a large corporate environment.
