Together, we conducted a few test fittings before shortlisting Marina Bay Financial Centre. Just under 3000sq ft, the office is set further away from the lift lobby allowing a more private and exclusive entry.

Persistent Asset had a very clear picture of the look and feel that would reflect their corporate branding. Our brief was to adhere to their design reference and guidelines from Hong Kong. This office adopts a more traditional layout with rooms lining the perimeter wall whilst the supporting cluster is zoned in the middle space closer to the central amenities. The work space is characterised by an earthy palette with luscious greeneries adding some delight in the work zone.
