This project addresses the need to accommodate around 20 workstations while prioritising focused work, ergonomic functionality, and sustainable design.
The existing 4,000 sqft office has 14 workstations in an inefficient layout of enclosed rooms that limit natural light and underutilise the available space.
Our proposed strategy introduces height-adjustable desks, phone pods for private calls, and operable walls for flexible space division. Meeting rooms are relocated to core walls to maximise natural light and daylight access for workstations.
Biophilic elements such as preserved moss enhance both sustainability and aesthetics, while acoustic treatments — including carpet tiles and fabric upholstery — create a conducive open-plan work environment.
This holistic transformation reflects our commitment to design excellence, employee well-being, and environmentally conscious practice.
