This renovation redefines BDO's workspace to reflect its commitment to innovation, growth, and attracting a younger workforce, while restacking departments and accommodating future expansion.

The design adopts a contemporary, clean-cut aesthetic with strategic splashes of colour, creating an energising alternative to the traditional office environment. A shift to open-plan layouts replaces private partner offices with pod working suites, allowing natural light to flood the space while maintaining privacy for senior staff.

Sustainability is woven throughout, with biophilic elements such as preserved moss bringing nature indoors and adaptive furniture supporting flexible use. Collaboration is encouraged through 5–6 ad-hoc brainstorming touchpoints and a central pavilion — a versatile, room-free gathering space for large meetings and town hall events.

Together, these elements position BDO's office as a dynamic, future-ready workplace designed to retain current talent and attract the next generation.
